Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding digital marketing and SEO solutions.
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a timely and accurate resolution.
• Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and onboarding processes.
• Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights and enhance customer service quality.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to provide relevant and effective solutions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
