Digital Marketing Manager:

 

We are hiring a new Digital marketing Manager for our team to strategize and execute integrated digital campaigns across multiple brands and platforms. Supporting the Director of Franchise Marketing you will work strategically across business units and with representatives of each brand to bring success using brand specific budgets. 

 

What you will do:

 

  • Establish the digital marketing capabilities and strategy aligning with the needs and goals of each business unit 
  • Effectively and efficiently manage digital marketing spend of multiple business units 
  • Serve as lead digital marketing subject matter expert for the Franchise Development team.
  • Stay up to date on platform updates to position our campaigns in the most effective direction.
  • Develop and drive strategies that provide results for all brands.
  • Collaborate with brand marketing teams to brainstorm and plan new advertising campaigns
  • Create and deliver data-driven presentations to demonstrate value of the digital ads team services (sales)
  • Manage account audits and provide recommendations to digital advertising team ensuring accounts as as optimized as possible.
  • Utilize data to implement and optimize advertising campaigns to improve performance
  • Seek and develop solutions for developing ROI tool/dashboard for use by executive team 
  • Research, find, and implement new digital advertising services to digital footprint. 
  • Work with outside vendors to ensure success of programs along defined KPIs
  • Collaborate on the overall budget ensuring effective investment of revenue 
  • Provide ongoing status updates to the brand marketing leaders and franchise representatives
  • Effectively lead a small team of digital marketing specialists and support in the implementation and management of integrated campaigns.


What you will bring:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related field recommended but not required
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing 
  • Franchise or Agency experience
  • Understanding of B2B marketing strategy
  • Experience working with commonly used Ad platforms
  • Relevant Google Ads Certifications Required
  • Must have strong critical thinking and business consulting skills
  • Possess strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in managing digital advertising budgets to prevent overspend. 
  • Strong understanding of Google and Bing campaign offerings and Internet marketing language
  • Experience with performance management, coaching, leading, training, delegation, and performance management
  • Detail oriented; demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and monitors own work to ensure quality
  • Advanced knowledge of campaign optimization and best practices
  • Familiarity with pay-per-click, display and online video/radio advertising
  • Ability to manage several simultaneous projects and resources without losing focus
  • Intermediate to advanced level experience with Microsoft Office Suite and report generation

Work Location: 

This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the U.S., excluding Los Angeles County


Compensation

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. At ServiceMaster, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range offered is $95,000-$105,000 plus bonus.
