Our Finance team is looking for a Finance Operations Specialist!

What you will work on

  • Participate on setting up and optimizing processes in the Finance Team to make sure that the accounting and financial reporting are in line with local regulatory requirements (Slovakia, Czech Republic, USA, Spain)
  • Communicate with external accounting companies
  • Collect and process the received invoices – making sure all purchase invoices are uploaded into our software and provided to external accounting companies
  • Provide information and details to external accounting companies to be compliant with regulatory requirements;
  • Help to maintain our cost center structure when working with received invoices
  • Prepare outgoing payments for received invoices
  • Contribute to our monthly financial reporting
  • Communicate with stakeholders in other departments in CloudTalk, tax advisors, etc.
  • Ensure the finance operations run smoothly and timely (managing payment issues, reporting for the Statistical Office, etc)

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 2 years of relevant work experience in finance operations, accounting, or a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of identifying and resolving issues independently
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in financial processes and reporting
  • Willingness to challenge existing practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes
  • Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel or Google sheets
  • Native or fluent Slovak or Czech and fluent English
