Provide assistance to the implementation and administration of Luxembourg Fund structures and liaise with external service providers on a daily basis.
Assist with all aspects of company secretarial matters, including the preparation of agendas, collation and distribution of board packs, shareholder meetings and drafting minutes for routine meetings and power of attorneys.
Assist with the Fund Depositary oversight.
Actively participate on-boarding projects and initiate bank account openings and systems set-up.
Handling day-to-day operations of the companies and responding to colleagues’ requests.
Being a point of contact for external providers.
Maintain accurate investor and company records, files and statutory documents such as the Luxembourg Business Registers, Shareholder Registers and Investran and ensure regulatory and statutory filings are completed in a timely manner.
Process and co-ordinate routine fund operations, including investor calls and distributions.
Assist with the audit of the annual financial statement audit.
Qualifications:
University Degree.
Experience in Administration of Private Equity vehicles (SPVs and/or Funds).
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
Familiarity with office management systems and procedures.
