Job description

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, and model deployment for our client in consulting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Microsoft Azure, with additional experience in AWS being a plus. This role requires a deep understanding of data preprocessing, model evaluation, and performance monitoring, as well as the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including T&I and DevOps. Key Responsibilities:
  • Read and process input data from Azure Blob Storage, ensuring seamless data flow and writing back processed data to the blob.

  • Perform data preprocessing and cleansing to ensure high-quality data for modeling.

  • Conduct model and code reviews, making necessary changes in case of failures.

  • Collaborate closely with T&I (Technology & Innovation) and DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes.

  • Create and manage environment setups for machine learning models.

  • Develop and maintain data pipelines and pipeline assets for efficient data processing.

  • Monitor model performance post-deployment, identifying and addressing anomalies to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

  • Lead the design and implementation of predictive models that drive business impact.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists.

  • Work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven solutions.
