Job description

Location: United Kingdom  - Remote

Salary: £54,000 - £65,000 + 3% commission on growth 


The Role:

As a Client Director within our Client Growth Team, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic partnerships and fostering business growth across a portfolio of key clients. Reporting to the Client Partner, you will support the commercial and contractual aspects while focusing on building deep client relationships, identifying upselling opportunities, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

This target-driven role requires a strategic thinker and team player who thrives on connecting with clients, uncovering growth opportunities, and collaborating across teams to deliver results.


The Role Responsibilities:

Client Growth & Strategy

  • Act as a trusted strategic partner to clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.

  • Identify and proactively pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive growth.

  • Deeply understand clients' businesses and industries, staying ahead of sector trends and changes.

  • Develop and present "Get Smarts" tailored to clients, offering insights and thought leadership.

  • Collaborate with the strategy team to identify new markets and opportunities for client growth.

  • Oversee client mapping initiatives and support strategic client events and engagements.

  • Schedule and lead quarterly client leadership meetings.

  • Co-lead annual planning meetings alongside the strategy and activation teams.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Mentor and support the Client Growth Team within your market, contributing to their professional growth and success.

  • Ensure gold-standard client service across activation teams, providing guidance and support.

  • Stay engaged with daily operations through regular updates and team calls, maintaining a strategic overview.

Client Servicing & Commercial Support

  • Strengthen client servicing processes to ensure seamless activation and delivery.

  • Facilitate senior-level client engagements, including CEO and CCO interactions.

  • Support new business pitches and onboarding of new clients.

  • Assist the Client Partner in managing MSA (Master Services Agreement) and SOW (Scope of Work) negotiations, including updates and renewals.

  • Collaborate with the CFO and CCO on profitability reviews and service alignment.

Collaboration & Marketing

  • Work closely with the marketing team to enhance client visibility and elevate their industry profile.

  • Ensure activation teams are fully briefed on contract terms and campaign KPIs to deliver with clarity.
