Are you ready for a new challenge and have amazing communication skills? We have opportunities in Greece! We are looking for both Technical Support Advisors and Customer Support Advisors for some of the most greatest brands. We recruit for Netflix, PayPal, Canon, Microsoft, Mercedes, among others.

Tasks:

  • Communicate with German customers via phone, chat and e-mail
  • Troubleshooting
  • Follow up on cases and ensure that they are closed effectively and according to schedule
  • Deliver high customer satisfaction and represent a multinational brand
  • Work according to set goals
  • Document cases in internal systems

Your profile:

  • Fluent in German and have good communication skills in English
  • A problem solver, service and result oriented
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience within service is a big plus
  • An EU passport is required
