The Role
The Sr. Lead Project Manager is a pivotal role within the newly formed Go To Market (GTM) & Customer Migration team, reporting directly to the VP of GTM & Customer Migration. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing large-scale, complex projects that are critical to the success of Lumen's GTM strategies and customer migration initiatives. The Sr. Lead Project Manager will work cross-functionally with Product, Sales and Marketing to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope while meeting the strategic objectives of the organization.

The Main Responsibilities
- Confident in building a new GTM Project Management function from the ground-up in partnership with leadership.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams with Product, Sales, and Marketing to design and implement GTM strategies, identifying key operational levers to optimize sales performance.
- Understand project goals and objectives as they relate to GTM strategies and long-term needs. Deliverables include project assessment, team formation, schedule preparation, risk analysis, project status reports, and post-implementation analysis.
- Drive end-to-end project management to launch GTM initiatives with cross-functional partners.
- Develop, plan, and manage the implementation of activities for highly complex projects/programs.
- Coordinate and facilitate project meetings with key stakeholders, including executive presence as needed. Ensure timely distribution of meeting minutes and tracking of action items.
- Lead efforts to Assess/Manage risk, impacts and potential alternatives and escalate as required to the appropriate level of management.
- Set program objectives and establish clear measures to successfully define and meet project deliverables and timelines. Utilize the change control process to track schedule changes.
- Act as the project team leader, accountable for the successful overall completion of projects.
- Through partnership with other cross functional organizations, define Key Performance Indicators (KPI), training, process standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide executive-level status updates and ensure clear communication of scope, roles, responsibilities, and schedules to all team members.
- Make business decisions that impact the project with the authority to halt activities that may have a negative impact.
- Has the authority to drive work and escalate to leadership to ensure projects are completed within specified due dates.
- Uses a creative approach in negotiating and problem solving.
What We Look For in a Candidate
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of commercial strategy, enterprise product management, product marketing, and sales enablement.
Minimum:
Bachelor’s Degree and 5+ years of related project management experience.
Preferred:
Technology or telecommunications experience a plus, 10+ years of project management experience, Master’s Degree, experience leading multiple complex projects in the technology industry, and certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, PgMP, or PMI-ACP.
Compensation
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

$103,711 - $138,281 in these states: AL AR AZ FL GA IA ID IN KS KY LA ME MO MS MT ND NE NM OH OK PA SC SD TN UT VT WI WV WY
$108,896 - $145,195 in these states: CO HI MI MN NC NH NV OR RI
$114,082 - $152,109 in these states: AK CA CT DC DE IL MA MD NJ NY TX VA WA
