We’re hiring a GTM Lead to fully own the Growth function. This is a senior individual contributor role for someone ready to build and run growth from the ground up. We’ve hit strong product-market fit, crossed ~$2M in ARR, and are growing steadily. To date, growth has come through word-of-mouth and founder-led sales. Now we’re ready to expand our reach and build a repeatable growth engine.

As our first dedicated Growth hire, you’ll shape strategy, acquire new customers, and lay the foundation for scale. This role is ideal for a hands-on operator who wants real ownership now – and the chance to grow into leadership as we scale.

What You'll Do
  • Own the top of the funnel – drive awareness, generate leads, and nurture interest, while our CEO focuses on closing deals.
  • Experiment with and optimize paid, organic, referral, and outbound customer acquisition tactics.
  • Establish and strengthen partnerships with VCs, accelerators, and other ecosystem players to drive referrals.
  • Develop long-form content, repackage it into smaller tidbits, and optimize it for inbound lead generation.
  • Build automated and scalable marketing and sales processes.
  • Create and refine messaging and positioning to resonate with startup founders and investors.
  • Measure, analyze, and report on growth KPIs, iterating for continuous improvement.
  • Operate independently in the early months, owning execution across channels – including writing content, building presentations, launching outbound campaigns, and testing new tactics.
  • Develop a strong understanding of our buyer: typically startup CEOs with high expectations and a $20–25k average annual contract value.
  • Execute a human-centric approach to marketing that reflects the service-driven nature of our business (i.e., we are not a SaaS or FinTech product, and product-led growth is not applicable for us).

  • A strategic thinker and relentless executor who thrives in fast-moving, early-stage environments.
  • Experienced in growth, demand generation, or marketing leadership, ideally at a startup or early-stage company.
  • Comfortable executing marketing campaigns across various channels and measuring their success.
  • A clear, compelling communicator who understands how to market service offerings to founders and CEOs.
  • Adept at building systems and processes that scale without creating complexity.
  • Energized by doing the work yourself – whether writing blog posts, crafting messaging, sending cold emails, or launching campaigns from scratch.
  • Comfortable operating in a high-trust, low-structure environment where you’re free to strategize but expected to execute.
