The Position:


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is critical in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing operations by managing digital assets, overseeing processes, and implementing tools to enhance team performance. Essential Functions/ Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage digital asset organization by performing monthly updates and leading file migration as needed.
  • Develop and maintain project management boards and dashboards to streamline workflows.
  • Oversee data-sharing processes for CRM and marketing automation tools to ensure seamless integration.
  • Assist in creating marketing dashboards and reports, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and support internal projects, including intranet content development and mentor software
  • Develop marketing onboarding training modules and assist in process standards for the team

 

Required Skills/ Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with an eye for detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Tech-savvy with proficiency in digital asset management tools, SharePoint, project management software, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and standard Microsoft business tools. 
  • Ability to create and analyze marketing dashboards and reports
  • Experience in developing training materials and SOPs
  • Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to finding new solutions.

 

 

Education, Experience and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing operations or administrative role preferred.
  • Additional certifications in project management or marketing tools are a plus.

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds
  • Travel once a year for marketing planning session

 

The Location: 

The candidate can be located anywhere in the US except Alaska, California, Connecticut, Colorado, Hawaii, Maine, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Wyoming, and Washington.
