Job description

  • Adoption Services / OCM Analyst (Years of Experience: 2+ years)
    • Support the development and execution of change management strategies and plans.
    • Support stakeholder and change impact analysis efforts.
    • Develop communications, presentations, and engagement materials.
    • Gather and analyze feedback, adoption data, and sentiment insights to measure change effectiveness.
    • Track and report on change management KPIs including change readiness identifying areas for improvement.
    • Support risk identification and mitigation efforts by analyzing potential barriers to adoption.


Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience 
  • Utilities background 
  • OCM experience ​
