Job description

This is a remote position.

Are you a motivated, ambitious inside sales professional who loves uncovering new leads and building relationships? Do you enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams and clients to solve problems and achieve goals? October Three, an innovative, team-oriented financial services company, is recruiting for an Inside Sales Representative; Peoplr is excited to be leading this search.

In this role, you will identify and qualify potential leads through inbound inquiries, outbound calls, and email campaigns. You will conduct needs assessments with clients, present product and service offerings, and convert prospects into long-term clients. Collaborating closely with the marketing department and other key stakeholders, you will optimize sales strategies and campaigns. You will also be responsible for maintaining and updating the CRM software to track prospects’ progress and ensure timely follow-up. This is a full-time, permanent position, and can be worked fully remotely or hybrid out of the company’s locations in Chicago, IL, Irving, TX, or Jacksonville, FL.

Requirements

Must Haves

Expertise in cold calling, email outreach, and using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoom info to research and find leads
Proficiency with customer relationship management and sales automation tools such as HubSpot
Strong ability to build relationships with clients and prospects
Self-motivated, organized, and capacity to manage time effectively to achieve sales targets
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Bachelor's degree

Nice-to-Haves

HubSpot Inbound certification
Familiarity with cash balance retirement plans
