To thrive as a Sales Account Executive at Automation Anywhere, you should bring:

✔️ Education & Experience: A bachelor’s degree and strong work experience are required.

✔️ Sales Expertise: A proven track record of managing an existing customer base and driving expansion bookings to achieve/exceed annual sales quotas.

✔️ Industry Knowledge: At least 6+ years of full sales cycle experience in the SaaS Industry, with a strong focus on generating new business opportunities.

✔️ Automation & AI Expertise: Ideal candidates will have experience in Agentic Process Automation (APA) and AI-driven digital workforce solutions. A strong understanding of how autonomous AI agents can self-manage workflows, make intelligent decisions, and execute complex business processes will be highly valuable in this role.

✔️ Customer Engagement & Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 25% to 50% of the time to meet customers, attend industry events, and represent Automation Anywhere in strategic business engagements.

The OTE or on-target earnings (base salary + incentives) for this position is $280,000 - $325,000 a year and a 50/50 split. The OTE ultimately offered is determined through a review of education, industry experience, training, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant in alignment with market data and other factors.  This position is also eligible for equity and a full range of medical and other benefits.
