Responsible for the development and execution of firm strategies and tactics in assigned territory/customers, as well as the achievement and accountability of assigned sales and performance execution goals.
Responsibilities
Execute activities to enhance our corporate value and implement Our Value for all clients in charge of the company.
Achieve semi-annual and annual sales and execution targets (SIP).
Develop and implement strategies for the assigned region based on information gathering and sales performance analysis of the assigned region and customers.
Retention and gain of sales to existing customers.
Acquire and gain of sales to new customers.
Gain market share.
Manage customers and develop business expansion with a focus on the field level of staff and managers of customers (primarily at the division manager level) to expand business.
Report progress to supervisors/area managers
Keep open and disseminate acquired information for common awareness in the area.
Demonstrate teamwork among affiliated area sales.
Understands company and sales strategy when working and conducting business.
Explain the company and its products to physicians and staff. Also, explain the purpose of company handouts to customers.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve them in consultation with supervisor depending on the level of problem and need.
