A bit about this role:
 

Devoted Health’s marketing team is looking for a Creative Project Manager to help grow our creative operation, keep projects running smoothly, and strengthen partnerships across the organization.

Your Responsibilities and Impact will include:

  • Establish and maintain timelines of projects, ensuring creative team hits goals and communicates with business partners effectively

  • Track progress, adjust workflows proactively, and resolve bottlenecks to keep projects moving efficiently

  • Identify inefficiencies or opportunities, and assess risks and tradeoffs

  • Oversee creative brief submissions, and clarify or expand to ensure the creative team has the necessary information to fulfill the request.

  • Partner with Creative Directors and business leaders to ensure projects align with company objectives, team is deployed efficiently against high priority work, and team utilization trends can meet the needs of the business.

  • Advocate for the creative team’s needs, ensuring they have the right context and resources to produce high-quality, performance-driven work.

  • Establish a project content calendar quarterly to help manage team workloads in busy seasons

  • Act as a brand and marketing gatekeeper, setting appropriate business expectations for project needs. 

Required skills and experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in creative project management, traffic management, or operations within a creative, marketing, or agency environment.

  • Strong background in creative production processes, including design, copy, video, and digital asset development.

  • Familiarity with brand strategy, creative briefs, and ensuring creative work aligns with business objectives.

  • Strong knowledge of Monday.com or similar project management software

  • Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge (a plus) – Understanding of design tools to effectively communicate with creatives and support minor adjustments if necessary.

  • Self-starter comfortable working independently and with a team

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Fast learner who isn’t afraid to ask questions and push back when appropriate

  • Healthcare experience not required, but a tenacity to learn is a must

  • This position is remote, but candidate must work on a schedule that aligns with East Coast hours


 

Salary range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually

Our ranges are purposefully broad to allow for growth within the role over time. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
