Responsibilities

We are looking for a Senior Recruiting Manager to drive Atlassian's R&D hiring strategy, with a key focus on Engineering recruitment in India. As a strategic Talent Acquisition leader, you will own the execution of our India R&D growth objectives, collaborating closely with senior business leaders to shape the future of our teams. In this role, you will lead both high-volume and specialized hiring initiatives within Engineering, ensuring we attract top-tier talent for critical roles. Your strategic insight and leadership will be essential in building a dynamic, high-performing workforce to support Atlassian’s continued growth and success.

Qualifications

Experience and skills we require;

  • A track record owning hiring objectives across multiple teams and ability to plan, organise and implement projects to meet established goals on time.
  • Experience using complex data to drive distinctive perspectives, insights and actions to improve the hiring lifecycle.
  • Capable of leading a dynamic team of TA organisation, including managers and individual contributors. Ability to support employees through the change process and also mentor them to become change leaders.
  • Stakeholder management with executive and senior leadership in R&D and a track record of partnering with these leaders, using data lead strategies to improve hiring outcomes.
  • Ability to mentor and coach TA teams, and adopt strategies to elevate performance.
