  • Facilitate audits by providing necessary records and documentation to auditors.

We are looking for Junior Payroll Accounting Analyst in Poland (remote work model), who will be responsible for:

  • Booking of all payroll transactions of assigned entities,
  • R2R Payroll Account Reconciliations,
  • Analysis and booking of time tracking system entries, 
  • Liaising with Payroll team, Finance teams or local payroll providers
  • Supporting Payroll SOX procedures, 
  • WFR (workforce reduction) bookings as required,
  • Support and accrual calculations for YEC (Year End Close),
  • Facilitating audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.

Knowledge and Skills required:

  • Good analytical skills
  • MS Office Professional (Outlook, Excel is a must)
  • Good organizational skills and independence at work.
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work within the team and under time pressure.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in economy, finance/accounting or adequate experience in area of accounting and finance.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Any additional language would be an asset.
