The IT Application Support Analyst supports the continued development and maintenance of the web application for EdAssist clients. This role will perform second level application troubleshooting, issue resolution and root cause analysis and will assist in technical implementation of new clients.
This is a part time, Remote position available in the United States, working 20 hours a week.

The expected FTE salary is $74,000, Part time salary is $37,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

Also, new employees in this role receive 1 hour of sick time per 30 hours worked if hired in Washington state, and sick leave as specified by local law if hired in other locations.
