JOB TITLE: DCO Program Director

DEPARTMENT: Production

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re building something new at R&R Partners — and we’re looking for a visionary to lead it. As Program Director of our Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) Studio, you’ll be at the forefront of our next wave of creative innovation. This role will spearhead the development, integration, and execution of a scalable DCO platform and workflow, using data, automation, and insight to deliver more personalized, effective campaigns across our client portfolio.

This is a unique opportunity to shape a brand-new capability from the ground up, working alongside a passionate and collaborative group of creatives, technologists, strategists, and producers.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Leadership & Strategy:

  • Drive the vision and strategic roadmap for dynamic creative optimization at R&R.
    Lead cross-functional collaboration across Creative, Media, Data/Tech, and Strategy to bring DCO campaigns to life.
    Serve as the senior point of contact for all things DCO — from workflow to tools to innovation pipeline.
  • Guide and mentor junior team members or direct reports, fostering a culture of curiosity, testing, and optimization.
     

Project Oversight:

  • Manage end-to-end execution of dynamic creative campaigns — including planning, creative development, platform setup, testing, and delivery.
  • Own resourcing and timelines across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget execution.
  • Establish and track KPIs to measure creative effectiveness, iterate based on performance, and report results to internal and external stakeholders.

Platform + Performance Expertise:

  • Be the in-house expert on DCO platforms (e.g., Google Studio, Jivox, Thunder, Adobe, Celtra, etc.).
  • Champion creative testing — from A/B to multivariate — and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
  • Stay on top of emerging tech, formats, and tools in the performance creative and adtech space.

  • 10+ years in digital production, creative operations, ad tech, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience and expertise leading dynamic creative or performance creative campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of DCO platforms, workflows, and creative testing strategies.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to bring together diverse stakeholders across departments.
     

Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with programmatic media, media strategy, or analytics.
  • Experience building a new capability or internal offering from scratch.
  • Understanding of data feeds and how they connect to creative asset versioning.
