A respected Managed Print Solutions provider in the US. Currently manages clients in all 50 states including Canada and Puerto Rico.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Accurately invoice service calls with all required data.
Handle 25+ incoming and 20+ outgoing calls per day.
Handle 40+ service tickets per day.
Invoice 10+ aged calls a day.
Complete all assigned account/region service call updates daily.
Qualifications:
Positive, professional attitude and a team player.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
