Work Conditions

About the Role

The Compliance Product Artworker reports to the Compliance Manager, who is based in the UK. This role is responsible for maintaining and updating product artwork, technical data sheets (TDS), and labels to ensure alignment with the company's brand identity and compliance with GHS/CLP regulations. You will collaborate with internal teams, liaise with print suppliers, and manage multiple projects to ensure high-quality visual assets.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update branded product labels and TDS, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Create, modify, and manage artwork for packaging, ensuring consistency across multiple brands and private label customers.
Prepare and supply print-ready files, working closely with printers to troubleshoot and resolve production challenges.
Ensure product labels meet GHS/CLP regulations, applying necessary safety warnings and compliance statements.
Preflight artwork files, checking fonts, images, cutter guides, and technical specifications for quality assurance.
Manage multiple artwork projects simultaneously, ensuring timely updates and alignment with business needs.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Client Services and Compliance, to meet deadlines and accurately interpret customer briefs.

Experience & Software

At least 6 years of experience in technical artwork, graphic design, or packaging design.
A strong background in packaging and label artwork creation and management is a must.
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for print and digital artwork.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for managing compliance documentation.
Knowledge of print production processes, including colour management and resolution settings.
Familiarity with barcode and QR code creation.
Understanding of GHS/CLP regulations is a plus.
Willingness to undertake compliance training is essential.
