Its integrated team of green building specialists administers credentials and certifications for the U.S. Green Building Council (LEED), the International WELL Building Institute (WELL Building Standard), International Finance Corporation (EDGE), PEER, SITES, TRUE Zero Waste, and IREE.
The U.S. Market Transformation & Development (U.S. MTD) team works to achieve USGBC’s mission by leading, educating, engaging, and empowering communities to build green. As the U.S. MTD Sales Research Intern, you will support the team in researching and qualifying potential prospects for the expanded use of USGBC and GBCI products and services, such as the LEED, SITES, and TRUE rating systems. This will entail conducting research to identify and qualify potential clients, collaborating with staff members across the U.S., and preparing and presenting information.
You will gain hands-on experience in sales and prospecting, exposure to sales techniques and strategy, and the opportunity to network and build connections for your professional network. You will have opportunities to be mentored and guided by experienced sales professionals.
