We are looking for a full-time Partnership Manager to join our growing Partnerships Team! 

This is a fully remote role, but you must be based in the New York City vicinity.  

The role of the Partnership Manager is to contribute to and execute the Product Strategy by territory (New York). This role is a mixture of account management and new business development.

The PM will work to source and manage a competitive and innovative range of experiences to meet negotiation and rate objectives and revenue targets within their own assigned territories. The PM will also proactively manage existing partner accounts to ensure optimal performance and to create new and exclusive experiences and source market leading promotional offers.

  • Source and manage a competitive and innovative range of experiences to meet negotiation and rate objectives and revenue targets within your assigned territory (New York).

  • Proactively manage existing partner accounts to ensure optimal performance and to create new and exclusive experiences and source market leading promotional offers. 

  •  Elevate our brand and the category awareness across the industry while contracting ‘best in class’ experiences for our customers and their gift recipients 

Role Responsibilities:
  • Identify and secure new partnerships to enhance the product portfolio

  • Conduct confident pitch presentations to win new partnerships

  • Curate and negotiate extraordinary experience offers in an assigned territory (New York)

  • Use quantitative approaches and data analysis as well as prevailing trends to build a strong pipeline of new business, negotiate rates and close deals with target list of partners 

  • Ensure that capacity planning, service expectations and booking logistical considerations are signed off with partners from the outset and considered at every stage of selection and launch

  • Monitor partner product performance for specified areas and identify opportunities for growth as well as underperforming areas

  • Be the main point of contact for allocated partners and ensure that all queries are addressed in a timely manner

  • Proactively manage partner accounts to develop strong business relationships, maximize sales and optimize performance in terms of offers, cost of goods, quality, service and innovation

  • Create and share annual plans for the territory (New York) 

  • Work closely with Partner Operations to ensure they receive all details required to set up new supplier accounts, products, and promotions correctly and within agreed timelines

  • Become a thought leader for the experience gifting sector in your assigned regions (New York) 

What you'll need:
  • Recent experience working in a similar sales role

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Excellent communication skills 

  • Outstanding relationship management

  • High degree of commercial acumen, uses data to expedite decision making 

  • Dynamic and tenacious 

  • Highly organized

  • Exceptional eye for detail

  • Ability to use tools and techniques to profile, benchmark, research and assess the experiences market

  • Ability to work well under pressure and deliver to deadlines

  • Strong grasp of calculating margins and ability to analyze sales data to make decisions on future products
