This is a remote position.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day client communications and relationships
Set up and conduct regular client meetings and updates
Monitor project progress across various marketing campaigns
Communicate complex marketing concepts and campaign results to clients
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Proactively identify and address potential client concerns
Maintain and update client information in the CRM system
Requirements
Strong background in marketing, preferably in an agency environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficiency in marketing terms and jargon
Experience with CRM systems and project management tools (e.g., Monday.com)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Performance or digital marketing experience preferred
Scope
Initially manage 2-3 client accounts with potential for growth
Collaborate with various internal teams including SEO, digital marketing, and traditional media
Utilize CRM systems, Monday.com, Canvas, and other dashboard tools for project management
Participate in both internal and client-facing meetings
Work closely with the agency owner to ensure quality control and client satisfaction
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm GMT+11 with 1 hour unpaid lunch break
