Job Description

We’re seeking a highly organized and versatile Virtual Assistant to support our multi-business operation. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our entrepreneurial ventures, managing a wide array of administrative tasks across our tour companies, publishing business, and personal brand development initiatives. Your exceptional organizational skills will be crucial in streamlining operations, enhancing productivity, and driving growth across our diverse portfolio. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various industries while working remotely with a dynamic, forward-thinking team.


Responsibilities
  • Expertly manage complex calendars and schedule appointments across multiple business ventures, ensuring optimal time management for key stakeholders
  • Drive task accountability by tracking deadlines and deliverables for various projects, keeping our fast-paced operations on schedule
  • Conduct comprehensive bookkeeping and expense tracking for multiple business accounts, maintaining financial clarity across our diverse portfolio
  • Efficiently manage and organize email communications, prioritizing important messages and maintaining a clutter-free inbox
  • Elevate our social media presence by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and strategically following relevant accounts to expand our network
  • Collaborate on email marketing campaigns and book giveaways, managing backend operations to ensure smooth execution
  • Capture and organize crucial information by taking detailed notes during meetings and creating easily accessible reference materials
  • Provide vital administrative support for tour operations and book publishing activities, adapting to the unique needs of each business
  • Assist in coordinating with interns and team members to maintain seamless operations across all ventures
  • Support the development and execution of new business initiatives, contributing to our continuous growth and innovation
  • Aid in personal branding efforts, including podcast management and content organization

Requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone and style across various business contexts
  • Demonstrated expertise in organization and time management, with a track record of juggling multiple high-priority tasks efficiently
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace and other productivity tools essential for remote collaboration and task management
  • Proven experience in social media management, with a keen understanding of engagement strategies and platform-specific best practices
  • Solid foundation in bookkeeping and expense tracking, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records across multiple accounts
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Familiarity with email marketing systems and campaign management is highly desirable
  • Adaptability and quick learning skills to navigate between different business models (tourism, publishing, personal branding)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment is a significant plus
  • Passion for continuous learning and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, evolving business landscape
