Role Name: Recruiter/Social Media Assistant

Schedule:

  • Part-time, Monday, Thursday and Friday, 10am to 6pm EST

Job Description

Are you passionate about healthcare recruitment and digital marketing? This dynamic role offers the perfect blend of talent acquisition and social media management for a respected pediatric practice. You’ll lead initiatives to identify and attract qualified physicians and pediatricians while simultaneously building the clinic’s online brand presence. Working directly with the clinic’s administration team, you’ll develop creative recruitment strategies, coordinate with medical schools, and craft engaging social media content that resonates with both potential hires and patients. Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to build pipelines of qualified physicians and pediatricians
  • Proactively prospect on LinkedIn and other platforms to identify promising medical talent, particularly recent graduates
  • Coordinate with medical schools to establish recruitment relationships and host engaging virtual events
  • Create compelling social media content that enhances brand awareness and showcases the clinic’s unique culture
  • Provide regular updates on clinic happenings through various social media channels
  • Collaborate with the administrative team on high-level projects and growth initiatives
  • Research and recommend new approaches to physician recruitment and digital marketing
  • Track recruitment metrics and social media engagement to continuously improve results
Requirements
  • Proven experience in recruitment, with healthcare or medical field experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge of social media management and content creation strategies
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage professionally with medical professionals
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and the physician recruitment landscape
  • Experience working remotely with North American companies
  • HIPAA knowledge/certification or willingness to complete required training
  • Availability during Eastern Time business hours for calls and virtual meetings
  • Ability to present creative recruitment strategies and case solutions
