Job Title: Implementation Specialist

Supervisor: Customer Success, Technical Services Manager

Department: Customer Success  

Salary Range: $59k - $75k, based on qualifications and experience (Plus additional targeted bonus)

Location: Remote - Preferred States: Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, and Wisconsin.

 

Job Summary:

As the Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing new customer accounts within the TraceGains software. You are cognizant of customer accounts and actively identify updates to implement to ensure functionality per customer requirements and satisfaction. As the Implementation Specialist, you will engage in collaboration with other departments including R&D, QA teams, and customer success. You are the translator of technical terminology to everyday end user language for customers and success managers during meetings. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Configure new customer accounts within TraceGains software and improve upon existing accounts to ensure successful implementation of customer base
  • Gather technical requirements based on customer business processes and ensure project requirements are executed
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems
  • Manage and upload large sets of customer data in a live production environment 
  • Collaborate with R&D and QA teams to design enhancements for product modules
  • Work in concert with customer success managers to manage customer accounts throughout the entire implementation life cycle to include initial data importation, project implementation, business analysis, and ongoing support
  • Deliver on expectations and goals, due dates and deliverables, to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Provide additional support to customers on the use of TraceGains software to enhance customer knowledge base
  • Demonstrate strategic thinking and effective communication by translating technical terminology to everyday end user language for all learners
  • Assist in improving internal procedures and developing new processes to increase efficiencies and overall customer satisfaction levels 
  • Execute effective time management skills and efficient output evidenced by meeting fixed deadlines
  • Successful completion of a background screening process including, but not limited to, criminal search, OFAC, SS Verification, as well as credit screening, where applicable and in accordance with federal and local regulations
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
  • 1-3 years’ experience in system configuration, vendor management, and data analysis
  • SQL programming and SQL Server or Relational Database experience is preferred
  • Experience with and remaining abreast to industry and job-related software, such as APIs, Single sign-on (SSO), and Power BI is preferred
  • Highly proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office suite
  • Demonstrate strong problem solving and troubleshooting ability
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to present information effectively to all levels
  • High level of professionalism and a focus on customer satisfaction 
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes 
  • Proficiency using standard software applications 
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and self-sufficient 
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Food and Beverage and Supplements industry experience a plus, but not required
  • Ability to be a positive team player, willing to grow and change
