About the Role

We're looking for a Product Owner or Subject Matter Expert (SME) with deep domain expertise in Telco B2B enterprise order management and provisioning. If you've spent years working across telco business segments, understand customer and commercial order workflows, provisioning complexities, and have a strong grasp on real-world pain points in telco operations — this is your chance to bring that experience into product design that matters.

At CSG, you'll translate your industry knowledge into intuitive features, help shape our roadmap, and be the voice of the customer within our development teams.

What You'll Do
  • Drive Product Roadmap Execution: Use your telco domain knowledge to translate customer and business challenges into meaningful product features. Collaborate with UX, design, and engineering teams to take ideas from concept to delivery.

  • Define and Prioritize Features: Lead product backlog grooming and sprint planning by prioritizing what brings the most value — informed by customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends.

  • Engage with Stakeholders: Build strong relationships across internal teams and customers. Align product decisions with business objectives and communicate trade-offs effectively.

  • Gather Insights & Validate Ideas: Conduct customer interviews, analyze usage data, and continuously test assumptions to ensure product-market fit.

  • Champion Continuous Improvement: Lead product demos, gather feedback, and ensure new features meet expectations. Identify and drive iterative enhancements based on usage and feedback.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

  • Domain Expertise: Over 5+ years proven experience in Telco B2B enterprise order management and provisioning, ideally in roles like Product Owner, Solution Designer, Analyst, or SME.

  • Software Experience: Experience working with or gathering requirements for major Telco Customer/Commercial Order Management platforms like Salesforce, Amdocs, Ericsson, CloudSense, etc.

  • Product Mindset: Deep understanding of product lifecycle, delivery, and customer adoption strategies.
