Position Overview
Partner Success Growth Manager - APAC
The Partner Success and Services team is seeking a dynamic and skilled individual to execute programs that will deliver optimization, growth opportunities, and mitigation of risk in Autodesk’s partner business across the customer lifecycle. This person will report to the Manager, Data and Growth and will be a critical business partner to Autodesk’s APAC partner-facing team (Partner Managers, Partner Business Consultants, and Partner Success Managers) to ensure they have what they need to help partners improve their Autodesk business in an effective, programmatic way, leveraging key insights and data.
This person is responsible for developing and executing strategic initiatives aimed at driving significant business growth in the region by overseeing multiple projects, analyzing key metrics, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and overall revenue—essentially acting as an expert in identifying and implementing growth strategies across various aspects of the company.
Responsibilities
Growth Strategy Development:
• Identify key growth levers and develop comprehensive growth strategies aligned with business objectives
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer behaviour and identify potential growth opportunities
• Prioritize growth initiatives based on data-driven insights and ROI potential
Data Analysis and Measurement:
• Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of growth initiatives
• Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, measure impact, and inform decision-making
• Utilize data analytics tools to monitor performance and identify areas for optimization
Cross-functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with teams across channel sales, marketing, customer success, and product development, to align growth strategies and ensure smooth execution
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
• Engage with regional teams and gain buy-in about regional deployment of programs and content
Skills & Experience You’ll Need to Be Successful:
• Program Management: Experience in Project and Program Management
• Innovation: Proven track record of scoping, building and executing integrated growth programs and strategies
• Analytical: Effective at synthesizing and distilling large amounts of data and drawing next steps and opportunities for optimization
• Collaboration: Effective at working cross-functionally and collaboratively to influence and align global initiatives and priorities
• Effective Communication: Strong skills in conveying ideas, expectations, and feedback clearly and persuasively to team members and stakeholders
• Conflict Resolution: Skills in identifying and resolving conflicts within the team or with stakeholders to maintain a positive and efficient work atmosphere
• Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust plans and strategies in response to changing circumstances and new information
• Stakeholder Management: Expertise in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues quickly and develop effective solutions to overcome them
Minimum Qualifications
• 5+ years’ experience Program/Project Management relating to Partners/Channels
• strong collaboration and leadership skills
• excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in program management methodologies
• experience with data analysis and strategic planning to measure growth initiatives
