Job Description:

Job Summary:
The individual manages COD (Collect on Delivery) - Europe and assists with some COD internal inquiries. The COD group works collaboratively to ensure that all COD tasks are completed timely. Each team member must be available to cross-train in other COD tasks and be prepared to help where needed to ensure that customers continue to receive superior COD service.
Responsibilities
  • This position is responsible for researching and identifying COD payments and adjustments in local country applications.
  • He/She keeps track on open invoices, identifies exceptions, research causes for holds/delays and initiates resolution.
  • The individual maintains constant communication with delivery centers at the country to clarify differences between Operations and Finance.
  • Completes system reports, records accurate accounting transactions, sorts, files, matches invoices for processing, examines, analyzes, verifies and corrects accounting transactions.
  • Work with internal UPS functions and external customers to resolve issue.

Education and Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Administrative Careers.
  • Minimum 6 months customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, and Excel
  • Accounting background – Preferred

Work Modality:

2:00 am – 11:30pm

Work from home full time due to the working hours.
