In this role, Candidate will enroll utility accounts through vendor online portals and establishing automated retrieval processes.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES
Maximize the ability for online retrieval of utility bills through registration for automated delivery
Ability to navigate different vendors websites
Monitor the successful delivery of the invoices and troubleshoot issues when system identifies invoices were not received as anticipated
Contacting utility vendors for additional information if online access is blocked or additional information is needed
Other clerical work to support on-time payment of client's invoices
Requirements
Basic computer navigation skills
Knowledge of online customer portals and navigation of websites
