About This Role

As a Product Management Intern, you’ll be part of the Digital Products team, helping to research, plan, and execute improvements to our digital experience. You’ll collaborate with senior product managers, developers, designers, and analysts to understand customer needs, define product features, and track their impact.

This internship provides hands-on exposure to core product management skills, including:

·       Writing user stories and requirements

·       Understanding roadmap planning and prioritization

·       Coordinating with stakeholders across the business

·       Tracking and analyzing performance and product analytics

·       Gaining experience in A/B testing and experimentation

·       Supporting project management tasks in an Agile environment

·       A strong interest in digital product management – You’re eager to learn how great products are built.

·       Problem-solving mindset – You enjoy analyzing issues, researching solutions, and improving user experiences.

·       Curiosity about data and experimentation – You don’t need to be a data scientist, but you’re interested in how A/B testing and customer insights influence decisions.

·       Attention to detail – You notice small issues before they become big problems.

·       A team-first mentality – You enjoy collaborating and learning from experienced professionals.

Internship Details

·       Paid internship – $18-22 hourly, depending on candidate's experience.

·       Flexible schedule (part-time or full-time based on availability)

·       Potential for full-time opportunities – High-performing interns may be considered for future roles.

Workplace Qualifications: 

·     Ability to work on a computer for a full workday 

·     Ability to type on a keyboard 

·     Ability to sit at a desk for a full workday 

In-Office Requirements 

·     This role is eligible to be fully remote. There is no requirement to come to the office for any amount of time now or in the future.
