Job Summary:
As a Benefits Technology Implementation Specialist at OneDigital, you will work to ensure customers are happy and finding immense value as they are onboarded and introduced to a cloud-based benefits administration tool. This role assumes a mentoring role within the team.
Duties:
• Leading the end-to-end implementation for customers;
• Project-managing and monitor the implementation process, delivering best-in-class customer service and meeting every milestone;
• Manage, develop, and tracking digital initiatives;
• Partner with stakeholders to define and execute integrations;
• Maintain documentation on workflows, procedures, and protocols;
• Prepare data for loading by entering submitted data into standardized format;
• User interface testing and data validation;
• Conduct software education for Admins;
• Advocate for customer needs and issues cross-departmentally;
• Help define implementation best practices, creating an efficient and repeatable model;
• Manage implementation of Key customers who require a high level of oversight;
• Will act a mentor for team members;
• Ensure the protection and security of a consumer’s personal, confidential and identifiable
information in a professional and responsible manner, according to the standards and requirements of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA);
• Meet or exceed department goals as defined;
• Complete other duties and projects as assigned.
Required Skills:
• Energized by high-pressure situations, a fast-paced workplace, and a very busy inbox;
• Are familiar with HCM systems and is adept at communicating technical concepts
(i.e. specifically, you have experience in APIs, is preferred);
• Are resourceful, detail-oriented and truly passionate about client satisfaction;
• Flexible approach, able to operate effectively with uncertainty and change;
• Ability to coach, mentor and guide team members;
• Independent thinker, utilize creative problem solving solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to manage multiple assignments at one time;
• A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required.
Required Experience:
· Current life and health insurance license, required;
· Minimum 2 years’ cumulative experience on BenAdmin Technology, required:
· Minimum 5 years’ cumulative experience.
The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $50,000 to $70,000 per year.
Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs.
