Description:
The Account Manager of Partnership Accounts will serve as a key point of contact for current Non-Direct clients or other clients as assigned (Therapy Clients). Non-Direct clients are accounts in which Company is not contractually permitted to have a direct contact relationship with end user facility/provider. Non-Direct clients most commonly utilize VMS software and may go through an MSP in order to manage their contingent labor.
Your Duties:
Manage assigned book of existing and future Non-Direct business
Responsible for headcount growth through clinician placements in assigned Non-Direct accounts
Build and maintain positive relationships with contacts for Non-Direct clients
Responsible for retaining client business through positive working relationships with the VMS and hospital contacts (where applicable).
Work with Recruiters, Sales Support and Credentialing to ensure on time starts for clinicians.
Identify, address and resolve customer problems and concerns.
Exercises effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed performance measures and goals as assigned.
For all assigned accounts, ensures proper client set up (according to established protocols) including correct billing rates, client billing contact and invoice delivery information is accurate at all times, and that client invoices are paid in a timely manner.
On a daily basis must be able to keep up with the job order demands from the clients.

Must maintain a positive working relationship with sales team members and all other company associates and related departments.
Participate in/support collections activities as needed for assigned clients.
Create and host Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) both in person and virtually as assigned.
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: High school graduate or equivalent.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, clinicians, and the general populous.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as bonuses, commissions, proportions, and gross margins.
Ability to define problems and collects data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: One year or more of related experience in recruiting, sales or a related field.
SKILLS/ABILITIES:
Excellent communication and public relations skills.
Ability to work in stressful, high pressure situations.
Solid analytical and negotiating skills.
Strong leadership and supervisory abilities.
Able to operate computer applications and other basic business equipment.
We are seeking applicants that can work remotely and live close to a major airport in AL, AR, DE, FL, GA, IL, IN, IA, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MI, MN, MO, MS, NC, NH, OK, PA, SC, TN, VA, TX, VT, WI, WV that will allow them to travel easily to Orlando, FL. Must also be able to work 8:30am-5:30pm EST.
