Location & Remote Work

Our technology team works on the "remote-first" model, which means we are working from home with the possibility of living anywhere in Brazil. We also have the option of using QuintoAndar's offices in São Paulo and Campinas or using partner coworking spaces, both up to twice a week.

About the area:

As a Salesforce Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and optimizing our process platform within Salesforce. You will be responsible for modeling critical business processes, including the termination of "For Rent" contracts and supporting the CCV sales process. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design scalable and efficient solutions that drive business success.

Responsabilities: 

  • Develop and customize solutions on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Components, Visualforce, and LWC.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs and ETL tools.
  • Collaborate with product, UX, and QA teams to ensure the delivery of efficient and secure solutions.
  • Implement and maintain flows, triggers, workflows, process builder, and other automations.
  • Create and optimize reports and dashboards in Salesforce to enhance decision-making.
  • Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to solution architecture.
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce development best practices and standards.
  • Identify and resolve bugs and performance issues.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience with development on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL, SOSL).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Community Cloud.
  • Experience with system integration via REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Experience with queue systems (SQS, Kafka, etc.).
  • Familiarity with version control tools such as Git.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Experience with deployment and DevOps in Salesforce (SFDX, CI/CD, Change Sets, Metadata API).
  • Technical English for reading and writing.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and knowledge in English - we usually use English to write our code, documentation, tools, reference materials and eventually talk to partners and co-workers from other countries.

You'll stand out if you:

  • Have Salesforce certifications (Admin, Platform Developer I/II, App Builder).
  • Experience with MuleSoft, Tableau CRM, or other tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, Java, or other languages supporting integrations.
  • Experience with microservices architecture.
