Job description

We are Fool’s Theory, a company from Bielsko-Biała in Poland, creators of the game Seven: The Days Long Gone and The Thaumaturge.
We are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team to work on a project developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED.

 

Responsibilities
  • Organising FT localization pipelines and ensuring that they are followed.
  • Working with proprietary localization software.
  • Defining and improving FT localization standards processes and methodologies.
  • Supervising work related to regional compliance and content adaptation

Requirements
  • Excellent knowledge of Polish and English
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Attention to text quality and a good eye for detail.
  • Experience with audiovisual localization workflows for subtitling and localised voiceovers.
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent level of education and work experience in localization.
Nice to have
  • Familiarity with the Unreal Engine 5 development environment.
  • Broad knowledge of the game development industry.
  • A degree in linguistics, philology or other relevant field.
