Job description

Job Title: Outbound Customer Service Representative
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 2000 USD per month including commissions
(Commission: 5% on converted unsold estimates, 5% on jobs booked through pure cold outbound)

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Our client is a growing service-based company seeking a proactive Customer Service Representative to handle outbound scheduling calls and customer follow-ups.

Position Overview:

The Outbound Customer Service Representative will focus on making outbound calls to schedule service appointments, follow up with customers, and assist with inbound inquiries during peak times. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to schedule service appointments.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and reschedule requests during busy times.
  • Follow up with customers to confirm appointments.
  • Maintain records in scheduling software (ServiceTitan a plus).
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times.


Qualifications:

  • Comfortable making outbound calls for a large portion of the day.
  • Ability to use Excel lists for outbound calling.
  • Willing to assist with inbound calls during peak times.
  • 1+ years of customer service experience (outbound preferred).
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
  • CRM or scheduling software experience (ServiceTitan a plus).
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask.

  • Customer service experience.
  • ServiceTitan experience.
  • Experience in appointment setting or scheduling.
