Exciting Opportunity as a Customer Service Representative in Greece - Work Remotely!

Are you a friendly and helpful individual looking for a rewarding job that allows you to work from the comfort of your home in the beautiful country of Greece?

Benefits/Conditions:

  • Salary: 1.100 to 1.300 gross per month. 
  • Office Location: Work from home anywhere in Greece, including the picturesque Greek islands.
  • Performance Bonus: Opportunity to earn up to 250 in gross monthly bonus based on project performance.
  • Schedule: Enjoy a 40-hour workweek with 8-hour rotating shifts, allowing for a good work-life balance.
  • Holiday: You will have 22 days of paid holidays per year.
  • Contract length: Initially, a 6-12 month contract that can be extended.
  • Health insurance.
  • Relocation Package to Greece. 
  • Valid EU Passport

You must be native or C2 level in one of the languages mentioned above and have an English level of B2/C1. This requirement is mandatory!

Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers by phone and/or chat, addressing account management, billing issues, and providing support with content and basic site and app navigation.

You will offer accurate and real-time responses to customer requests, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any inquiries related to their orders or refunds.
