Our award-winning websites, cutting-edge marketing solutions, and AI-powered mobile platform empower real estate professionals to grow their business, operate more efficiently, and deliver exceptional service to their clients. Trusted by over 60,000 real estate professionals, including 31 of the nation’s 100 top-performing agents as published in the Wall Street Journal, Luxury Presence continues to set the standard for innovation and excellence in real estate technology.

We are seeking a Senior Operations and Automation Manager to optimize and scale our Product Fulfillment Team (PFT). This team is responsible for producing digital assets—including websites, content updates, and media curation—at scale for our clients. This role will focus on streamlining workflows, implementing automation solutions (RPA), and enhancing accountability across a globally distributed team of 200+ employees and contractors. The ideal candidate has a strong background in content operations, process automation, and digital production workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Optimization & Content Workflow Management
  • Oversee and optimize end-to-end workflows for digital content production, ensuring smooth execution from content intake to website publishing.
  • Analyze and improve website fulfillment processes, reducing turnaround time and minimizing errors.
  • Implement best practices for managing a high-volume production pipeline while ensuring quality and consistency across deliverables.
  • Develop standardized operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials to ensure process adherence across internal teams and contractors.

  • Process Automation & Tooling Implementation
  • Identify and implement Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to eliminate repetitive, manual tasks (e.g., form-filling, data entry, content migration).
  • Work closely with engineering and IT teams to integrate automation tools into our content management system (CMS), project tracking platforms, and digital asset management systems.
  • Monitor automation performance, resolve issues, and continuously improve efficiency through data-driven decision-making.

  • Performance Tracking & Accountability
  • Develop metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems to measure efficiency, turnaround times, and accuracy in content production.
  • Implement quality control checks and performance audits to ensure that internal teams and contractors are meeting expectations.
  • Use data insights to refine workflows and provide recommendations for team training, contractor optimization, and process improvements.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration & Leadership
  • Serve as the operational liaison between the Product Fulfillment Team, product managers, engineering, and other internal stakeholders.
  • Train internal teams and contractors on new tools and workflow enhancements.
  • Stay up to date on emerging AI, RPA and content automation technologies, and recommend new solutions to improve scalability.

  • What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of experience in content operations, digital production workflows, or process automation roles.
  • Expertise in CMS platforms, digital asset management, and workflow automation tools.
  • Hands-on experience with RPA tools (e.g., UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Zapier, or custom scripting for automation).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and process optimization techniques.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience developing dashboards, reporting systems, and KPI tracking.
  • Ability to manage and optimize workflows in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to train a globally distributed team on workflow enhancements and new tools.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working in digital agencies, SaaS platforms, or large-scale content production teams.
  • Knowledge of AI-driven automation tools and machine learning applications in content workflows.
  • Background in managing offshore content teams and contractors.
  • Why Join Us?
