The Impact of a Consultant, Catalog Management at Coupa:
The Consultant, Catalog Management is a key person in the Coupa Catalog Management team. The Consultant is responsible for providing oversight, taking the lead in guiding client configurations to support the management, maintenance and creation of catalogs and forms within the Coupa platform. The Consultant is an ambassador for the Coupa Content Management (CCM) team.
CCM is an outsourced business process service for customers of Coupa’s Procurement solution. The focus is the upkeep of content within Coupa Procurement via creation and maintenance of supplier catalogs and forms that generate purchasing requisitions. The Consultant is responsible for assisting clients and colleagues in the deployment of processes for content management, including the preparation, distribution and implementation of electronic Supplier catalogs and forms. The Consultant works autonomously and collaboratively within the Coupa Content Management (CCM) team, leverages experience in managing suppliers, defines the tools and processes for content management and takes ownership of customer projects.
People in this role often have eCommerce or product catalog skills that they’ve developed from work at a supplier (B2B eCommerce company). They’ve managed content in eCommerce platforms – products, pricing, descriptions, attachments, tags, etc. for web shops – so they intimately know the data that we deal with every day. All supplier interactions are with companies that have product catalogs or forms.

•Based in Washington: $64,600 - $76,000
The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location within the state.
