The Opportunity

Are you passionate about designing enterprise experiences that help people work smarter, make better decisions, and stay productive? We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team remotely!

Your mission: craft intuitive, scalable, and user-friendly cybersecurity solutions that make protecting an organization’s most valuable assets effortless. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional teams to create experiences that balance user needs with business goals.

As a key member of our design team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape our design culture, establish best practices, and contribute to building a design system that sets us up for long-term success.

What You’ll Do
  • Design end-to-end enterprise experiences—from research and wireframes to high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex cybersecurity challenges into simple, effective solutions.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to deeply understand customer needs, workflows, and pain points.
  • Develop and maintain a design system to ensure consistency and scalability across our product suite.
  • Advocate for accessibility and usability to create inclusive, user-friendly solutions.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
  • Stay current on industry trends, tools, and best practices to drive innovation in our design approach.
What We’re Looking For
  • Experience designing enterprise software, ideally in cybersecurity or related industries.
  • 5+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing enterprise UX work—highlighting your ability to solve complex problems and deliver impactful designs (Required: Please include a link to your portfolio).
  • Proficiency with design tools like Figma.
  • Strong understanding of user research methods, usability testing, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience creating and maintaining design systems or component libraries.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to advocate for design in a cross-functional environment.
  • Familiarity with agile development processes and tools like Azure DevOps (preferred) or Jira.
  • A passion for simplifying complexity and making technology more approachable.
