A Day in The Life:


We're looking for a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to own our monthly promotional campaigns, continuously optimize performance through strategic A/B testing, and enhance email automations. The ideal candidate equally loves compelling copywriting, analytics, and technical execution, and is laser-focused on driving measurable increases in bookings and revenue through email.


 

What you will do:


  • Monthly Promo Campaign Setup:
    Strategically plan, write, and launch high-performing monthly promotional email campaigns.
  • Email Optimization via Split-Testing:
    Consistently run A/B tests on subject lines, copy, CTAs, and sending strategies to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Email Automation Management:
    Create, manage, and continuously optimize automated email sequences (welcome, nurture, abandonment, upsell/cross-sell) within Drip.
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting:
    Closely track and analyze key metrics (open, CTR, booked sales calls, revenue generated) and proactively suggest improvements based on data.
  • Collaboration with Marketing & Sales:
    Partner closely with the marketing and sales teams to align email strategy with overall sales goals and monthly promotions.



We’d Love to Hear From You if You Have…


  • Proven Email Marketing Experience:
    Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience managing email campaigns, ideally with a measurable impact on bookings and revenue.
  • Drip Expertise (or similar advanced ESP):
    Demonstrated experience creating, managing, and optimizing email automations, segments, and campaigns in Drip or a comparable advanced email marketing platform.
  • Copywriting & Communication Skills:
    Exceptional skill in writing engaging email copy that converts.
  • Strong Analytics & A/B Testing Skills:
    Deep understanding of email analytics, split-testing strategies, and data-driven decision-making for continual improvement.
  • Revenue-Focused Mindset:
    Proven ability to directly link email marketing efforts to measurable business outcomes (sales calls booked, direct revenue).
  • Independence & Ownership:
    Comfortable taking full ownership of the email channel, proactively improving performance, and requiring minimal supervision.
