National University is seeking an inspiring Associate Director of Admissions (ADOA) to join our dynamic enrollment leadership team.
In this pivotal role, you'll directly lead a team of dedicated Enrollment Advisors, empowering them to guide prospective students—from initial inquiry to enrollment—with integrity, heart, and results.

What You’ll Do:
Coach and develop a high-performing remote team of Enrollment Advisors
Lead with empathy and accountability to drive application-to-enrollment success
Create training programs and provide feedback through live and recorded calls
Implement innovative strategies to engage and convert prospective learners
Monitor team performance and ensure seamless applicant communication
Collaborate across the Enrollment Leadership Team to foster a culture of excellence
Step in as acting Director when needed to ensure operational continuity
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven experience leading and developing teams in admissions, enrollment, or a similar results-driven environment
✔️ A track record of working with adult learners, ideally in online or non-traditional education
✔️ Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in enrollment, admissions, or sales/operations
✔️ 3+ years of leadership experience strongly preferred
✔️ A strong communicator, motivator, and team builder
✔️ Tech-savvy with systems and data, but also deeply people-focused

Candidate receiving offers will be offered a salary/pay rate commensurate with experience that vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and competencies. Absent exceptional circumstances, candidates will be offered a salary within this range for this position. The minimum salary will be offered based on the minimum exemption threshold based on state of residency.
