Core4ce is seeking a Capture Manager who will help drive growth across the DoD and Intel Community supporting Core4ce’s Advanced Cyber Solutions (ACS) Business Unit.
Responsibilities
Work as a team player to collaborate and partner with program managers, chief architects, proposal managers, executive leaders, and functional staff
Leverage prior experience pursuing large, complex opportunities and interpret all volumes of Federal Government solicitations (e.g., RFPs, RTEPs, RFIs), recommend response strategy and work with proposal mgmt. to ensure submissions are fully compliant.
Will bring a winning track record to play a critical role in support of the ACS BU
Plan, organize, and manage captures within the DoD/Federal markets
Bring knowledge of government cyber opportunities, cyber competitive landscape, Government cyber strategic priorities and requirements.
Has a technical understanding and background in Cyber Defense and Cyber Offense (desired)
Lead Full and Open capture efforts to successful completion and submission.
Develop the overall capture strategy, internal and external partnerships, business plans and marketing; Build, execute and sustain detailed capture plans to ensure the progressive maturation of opportunities through Core4ce's stages of capture utilizing Salesforce to the maximum extent.
Lead and facilitate win strategy development sessions including technical, management, teaming, past performance, staffing, pricing, etc
Lead the development of customer profiles, including customer needs, issues, hopes, and biases
Lead and coordinate competitive assessments, determining the strengths and weaknesses of Core4ce and potential competitors
Collaborate with R&D, Solution Architects and SMEs to develop solutions that offer customers recognized value, are price competitive, executable and will be evaluated favorably
Prepare and lead Gate Reviews to the CGO, and other reviews as required once opportunity has been assigned
Establish and nurture relationships with potential customers and partners in support of assigned opportunities
Desired Bachelor's degree in cyber, technology, business administration, one of the Sciences or related fields
6+ years of Capture experience successfully leading large capture in the DoD/Federal Community
The candidate must be aggressive, organized, knowledgeable in government contracting, highly skilled professional with excellent leaderships and presentation skills
Leadership skills to develop, organize and execute significant capture activities, including building industry teams, assessing win probability, and executing customer call plans to shape acquisitions
A proven track record of successful capture management across multiple DoD/Federal organizations at a variety of acquisition sizes and types
Experience Capturing deals requiring development of a solution and or an approach
Strong proposal and technical writing skills
Thorough understanding of the full government acquisition lifecycle
Experience and understanding of pricing and pricing strategies across multiple contract types and GWACs
Experience managing and incorporating BOE into the capture process
Ability to gain internal support, operate independently with limited supervision and feedback, and establish collaborative relationships with program managers, chief architects, proposal managers, executive leaders, and functional staff, and peers
Excellent oral and written communications and experience briefing senior corporate executives and customers
