Core Duties
The Associate Client Consultant supports and assists the Client Consultants and Senior Client Consultants in activities associated with servicing clients. The Associate Client Consultant candidate needs to be effective at time management and teamwork, possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be highly adaptable and able to problem solve. This a work from home position.
Providing support to Client Consultants: Assist with client and offshore team calls, updating job aid and workflow documents, drafting Power Point presentations
Assisting with Monthly Invoicing: Review, update and analyze billing reports, assist with delivering invoice and documentation to clients
Data Gathering: Generating Reports, requesting offshore team feedback
Troubleshooting: Service and IT/login issues/errors
Other duties: Projects as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
Client Facing, managing user onboarding/login set up and access for multiple IT systems and platforms
Insurance Industry Experience and License preferred but not required
Work from home remotely in United States only
Minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload; Wired Ethernet cable connection from home router to computer; No satellite
