Job Description
This is a full-time remote position that can be located anywhere in the U.S.

The Senior Product Marketing Manager is responsible for driving market leadership by crafting compelling products narratives and spearheading strategic campaigns that align with the buyers journey. This position will play a pivotal role in shaping product messaging and positioning, ensuring alignment with customer needs and market trends to increase business growth. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the business unit throughout the product lifecycle to ensure products features, benefits and value proposition are clearly articulated and delivered for successful adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop impactful product positioning and messaging.
Develop and maintain an understanding of market dynamics for the products you manage, including industry trends, competitive dynamics, the buying process, buyer personas, and an ideal customer profile.
Using a strong understanding of the product features and key differentiators, advise product leaders on proof points and market positioning.
Create and executive multi-touch, multi-channel campaigns aligned with the buyers’ journey.
Create and manage detailed campaign brief that will outline campaign plans and tactical execution from conception through go live and tracking.
Develop high-impact marketing collateral, including pitch decks, videos, podcasts and social promotions
Create thought leadership content to support new and existing products, including but not limited to insight pieces, eBooks, blogs, product webinars, speaking engagement content, and email campaign content
Manage content approval process with appropriate individuals within the organization.
Develop content strategy for product-related web pages and landing pages
Manage campaign tactic development with creative resources to achieve optimal results
Track and optimize campaign performance and pipeline impact using SFDC data and analytics
Drive the launch of new products and the enhancement of existing offerings, working closely with the business unit and sales/client services teams to ensure successful execution
Create training materials and playbooks (including FAQs, slide deck, and talking points) ensuring sales/client services team members are equipped to speak to the product capabilities and differentiators.
Develop and execute product launch marketing campaign
Responsible for product content lifecycle management.
Align thought leadership and product marketing resources to the buyer personas and journey
Review content with subject matter experts to it is continually refreshed and shared on a mutually agreeable schedule
Continually update internal marketing resource database with current content & remove of outdated content.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related areas of study.
5+ years of B2B marketing or product marketing experience in B2B
Experience working in a mid- to large-size matrixed organization
Self-starter, effective working independently
Detailed project management
Superb written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable collaborating and working on cross-functional projects
Must thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to multi-tasking skills
Must be flexible and embrace change
Experience using marketing data analysis to make decisions
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, specifically Power Point, Word and Excel
Experience using Salesforce or other CRM
Preferred Skills
Practical knowledge of the Pragmatic Marketing launch framework or other Product Marketing framework is preferred
Workers’ compensation or insurance industry experience strongly preferred

The expected base pay for this position ranges from $81,000 - $94,000 annually, and will be based on a number of additional factors including skills, experience, and education.
