Our client is a leading European player in the Supplements industry and is looking to strengthen its Growth team with an Acquisition Manager. This professional will be responsible for optimizing and expanding e-commerce channels across key markets, including France, the US, China, Germany, Spain, Italy, and the rest of Europe.
● Manage paid online marketing channels (SEM, Amazon ads, Display, Social ads);
● Measure and optimize cost of acquisition;
● Oversee campaign setup, define and diligently measure success; run tests, uncover opportunities, scale, learn, iterate and optimize
● Monitor spend documents on a weekly basis to come in on budget and hit goals.
● Manage day-to-day performance of campaigns on Google ads, Bing ads, Amazon ads, Programmatic and other platforms as necessary
● Regularly present results to the Head of Growth along with ongoing strategy refinements
● Define and manage processes for coordinating content, design and marketing activities in order to optimize campaign strategies and content
● Experiment with emerging, creative or other non-traditional acquisition tactics (growth hacks)
-You have 3 to 5 years of confirmed experience in a similar job and a previous experience in food supplements or drugstore industry
-You have a good command of writing for the web (titling, style, information architecture)
-You’re passionate about Digital Marketing and stay on top of the latest industry news and developments
-You have a willingness to learn about health products and an ability to translate complex scientific concepts into digestible and attractive marketing campaigns
-You speak native level French and fluent English. Italian, Spanish or German is a plus.
