As an
Inside Sales, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities and building commercial contacts (by telephone) with dealers and/or prospects (dealers/vendors), in order to realize the formulated sales objectives, profitability and new business volume

Day To Day
- Dealer Direct Origination - Identify Dealer Direct opportunities within existing Dealers by phone. Work with all the GBU Inside Sales and Account Managers to identify and prospect new Dealers.
- Relationship Management - Manage the relationships with all allocated dealers in existing portfolio. Manage credit limits and renewals, ensure day-to-day queries are dealt with, educate on self-serve capabilities (online/Portfolio team) and grow NBV and outstandings.
- Sales Calling - Call existing Dealers and bring DLL financing and vendor program opportunities to their attention, stimulate interest in DLL products & services.
- Dealer Support - Organize and provide information and training to dealers on programs, problem solving and/or provide dealer support in relations with end users from a financing expertise perspective.
- Market and Sales Plan - Contribute to the sales plan and targets based on market analysis and the identification of new market segments and sales opportunities.
- Account Plan - Develop and gain approval for and implement the dealer plan and targets, aligning and liaising with all relevant functions.
- Supporting External Healthcare members - Assist with new documentation, program rollouts, credit applications, joint visits, cover for annual leave and Vendor reporting (average turn, outstandings, utilization vs credit limits reporting)

Essentials
- Team player with energy, respect and enthusiasm – a desire to get things done in a fair and professional manner
- Self-starter, able to self-motivate and work autonomously
- Experience in sales or sales support role (1-5 years)
- Good knowledge of the health care field
- Desire to develop a career path within a sales environment
- Ability to build strong and positive relationships
- High attention to detail – be deadline driven and have good time management skills
- Excellent communication skills – ability to build relationships with customers at all levels
