Job description

OBJECTIVE: To provide superior service to our clients.

Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

  • Renewal Processing Workflow – as assigned by Account Manager. Order loss runs, update applications, update existing SOVs and spreadsheets, order MVRs
  • Process Binders
  • Process Endorsements
  • Process Audits after review by Account Manager
  • Invoicing as assigned
  • Claims follow up
  • Coordinate Certificates of Insurance and Evidence of Insurance issuance and certificate and evidence renewals. Create and maintain mail-merge documents
  • Draft proposals
  • Processing of un-routed attachments and carrier document retrieval and processing items from O drive
  • Other duties usual to servicing commercial accounts
  • Prompt response to clients and carriers and follow through on commitments in a timely manner is crucial.
  • Timely follow up and closing of activities in Epic.
  • Pursue continuing education and licensing.
  • Thorough documentation is required with proper E&O procedures strictly followed.
  • Special projects as assigned


Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to understand and execute oral and written instruction.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with clients and develop strong client relationships. (required)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, Outlook). - strong in Word and Excel (Required)
