Job Description
End to end accounts payable for suppliers
Process invoices and manage payment schedules
Reconcile payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate
Maintain updated contact information for all suppliers
Resolve any invoice discrepancies
Collaborate with the finance team and other departments as necessary
The Successful Applicant
A Successful Accounts Payable Should Have
A strong background in accounting
Proficiency in large ERP accounting software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to work in a team and independently
An understanding of the FMCG industry
